Well she is finally here. Sydney was born Oct.11 at 11:03 pm weighing 6 pounds 15 oz and 19 3/4 inches. The day started out with going to the doctors for our checkup my blood pressure has been a bit high the last couple of weeks but that day it was the highest. We had a stress test done and i was having a couple contractions but nothing too painful and we had a ultrasound done and the fluid around the baby was good. So after all that my doctor told us to go over the hospital and have some blood work done to show if i was getting preeclampisa we got to the hospital at about 2 pm after about a hour my blood work showed i was border line and that i was going to be induced. I was in labor for about six hours towards 8 that night her heart rate dropped a little but went back up than about 10:30 i was dilated to 10cm and they called the doctor to come in and i was going to start pushing. just when i started pushing she went into distress and the doctor made me stop pushing and was watch her on the monitor after a while my doctor said we need to do a c-section i really didn't want to have one but it was the only way to get her out safely. She is beautiful and perfectly healthy. We came home after three days in the hospital and she is doing great she is a very good baby i couldn't not ask for a better baby. We have a lot of support here right now with my family living here and Dustin's mom who is here right now and will be here for a week it sure makes it easier for us being first time parents. Sydney has brought such joy and love into our home and so happy she is our s for eternity. We are excited to watch her grow and teach her all out the gospel.
